Happy Values is where Adopt Me traders say what they’d happily give and what they want. There are no value lists here. The swap itself happens inside Roblox, where we can’t see it, so a few habits do most of the work of keeping you safe.

Staying safe

Trade in Roblox, never through a middleman. Do the swap yourself, in Adopt Me’s trade window. Anyone offering to “hold” both sides for you is stealing both sides.

Check the trade window before you accept. Look at every pet and its Neon, Mega, Fly and Ride badges. Scammers swap one item at the last second and hope you tap through.

One trade at a time. If someone asks you to send your side first and trust them for the rest, stop. A real trade never needs two steps.

Keep it in Happy Values chat. If a trade goes wrong, we can only see messages sent in the app. Moving to another app leaves nothing to show us.

Your Roblox password is nobody’s business. We never ask for it, and neither does Roblox staff. No site that asks for it is real, however official it looks.

Checking someone before you trade

Every trader has a public record: how many trades they’ve finished, what share went well, and the words other traders keep choosing about them. On top of that, the app’s scammer database lists Roblox accounts that traders have reported, each with a screenshot behind it. A name that isn’t in there has simply never been reported — that isn’t the same as safe.

Reporting someone

Reports are filed from the app, because we check your Roblox account first and a report needs at least one screenshot as proof. You can file three a day, and one per player. Reports are published under your name and they stay, so only report someone who actually took your pets — made-up reports get your own account banned.

Trouble with your account

Signing in uses Google or Apple, so there’s no password for us to reset. To verify your Roblox account, paste the code the app gives you into your Roblox About section and tap Verify. You can remove the code afterwards. One Roblox account can be linked to one Happy Values account at a time.

To delete your account, open the app and go to Profile → ⚙ → Delete account, or read what deleting removes.
