Delete your Happy Values account

You can delete your account and its data at any time. It takes a few seconds and can’t be undone.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Happy Values and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap the ⚙ settings button, then Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm. If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more.

No longer have the app?

Email support@happyvalues.net from the email address you sign in with (or tell us your Roblox username if you used Apple’s private email). We’ll delete it and confirm within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in, email address and Roblox link (you can verify that Roblox account again later)
• Your open trades, wishlist and saved trades
• Messages you sent, and notification tokens for your phones

What stays

Finished trades and ratings on other traders’ profiles stay, shown as “Deleted trader”, so their trade history still adds up. Messages someone reported are kept until our team has reviewed them.
