Two ways to reach us, and one of them is much faster. The Discord server is where the team and most of the community actually are; email is for anything private.

What to send where

• Someone scammed me. File the report in the app so the screenshots go with it — that is what puts a player on the scammer database. Reports sent by email cannot be checked against a Roblox account.
• My account is suspended. Appeal from inside the app: the suspension screen has a box for your side of it, and the answer comes back as a notification. One appeal per suspension.
• A bug, or something that looks wrong. Tell us what you tapped and what happened. A screenshot saves a lot of guessing.
• Privacy, data or deleting your account. Write to us, or delete the account yourself from the app or the delete-account page.
• Anything else — creators, partnerships, press. Email or Discord, whichever you prefer.

How long we take

We read everything. Safety reports come first, and we aim to answer anything else within a few days. If you have not heard back in a week, send it again — it is more likely lost than ignored.

Happy Values is a fan-made community for Adopt Me on Roblox. We are not Roblox Corporation or Uplift Games, and we cannot help with your Roblox account, a ban in Adopt Me, or anything you lost inside the game itself.
